The minimum anyone wanting to lose weight should do is have regular skin fold testing. Like a sprinter uses a stop watch to track progress, anyone interested in dropping body fat should have calliper skin fold test. A lot of information is gained from the results and accurate recommendations can be made to your exercise structure and your nutrition plan/ diet.

At your initial consultation Dean will get a good insight into your current lifestyle
and food habits. He will then discuss your existing diet and exercise structure and
show you why you weren't getting great results for your effort. You will be shown
by means of a simple diagram how the 2 Fuel Tanks Weight Loss System works and the
relationship between food and exercise structure on weight loss. If you are seeing

A personal nutrition plan will be created based around the foods you like to eat and that fit with your lifestyle. Obviously some foods will be restricted and other foods you may not have thought of will be suggested. You will receive several meal/ snack options for each meal time. You will be given food lists that classify foods that promote weight loss and those foods prevent weight loss, along with a list of restricted foods that depend on how your body is responding. A weekly exercise routine will also be designed based around activities you like but structured in a way that will maximise your fat burning (and optimize muscle tone).

Dean offers 30 minute and 45 minute personal training sessions. You will find them an enjoyable experience even though you’ll be training hard. The intensity is relative to your current level of fitness. Dean’s exercise prescription is interesting and varied. The exercises selected target problem areas and combine body shaping with functional movements to build a strong body that looks great. A 30 minute training session is $55 and a 45 minute training session is $80. Please enquire for 2 on 1 training session fees.
If your budget doesn’t accommodate regular personal training Dean can design specific workouts for you. If in Auckland, Dean can take you through each of the exercises in a one hour appointment. As you go through the exercises Dean make notes specific to your form and then will type the workouts up and email through. Cost is $155. The workouts are reviewed and changed every four weeks.
