The right nutrition plan accounts for at least 80% of your exercise results. You must get the ratios of the carbs proteins and good fats just right at each meal and snack time to achieve maximum results, be it weight loss or sports nutrition.

Some of you are aware that I turned 40 this year and to celebrate or perhaps acknowledge the milestone I decide to return to the competitive bodybuilding stage. I was last onstage back in 1996 as a 26 year old. I actually though that if I don’t do something I was unlikely to see my abs again. So myself and good friend and fellow Les Mills Auckland City personal trainer George Hatzopoulo have done two qualifying shows and are preparing for 3 National Shows in October.
